Return Process

    Contact our support team via our official website or email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Ensure all devices are placed back in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

    Ship to UK Warehouse

    Affix the provided shipping label or address to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest local courier point; keep your tracking number for reference.

    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
